I really don't want to discourage you, but there are hundreds of those who major in English at Bachelor and Master degree levels. In the past (about 20-30 years ago), having a Master degree in Applied Linguistics was enough to become a lecturer but not any more. PhD is the normal requirement now. The exception might be some small colleges and universities which may allow Master degree level to teach as they cannot find a PhD to apply. But the preference is still English major for both Bachelor and Master degree level.
Forget your dream, unless you can do PhD in Applied Linguistics. Master degree is not enough for you since your major at Bachelor degree is not English.
If you really want to teach English, why not do Master degree and apply to teach at Senior High School instead?
