First thing first, go and load sound script from this website

Then, repeat after sentence by sentence, using pause function. Do this every day at least one hour.
There is real conversation there especially WORD POWER section of Special English.
I did similar to this about 40 years ago by repeating what I heard from BBC SW radio. When time came that I had to speak when I got a scholarship to study abroad, I found it easy to speak even though I had never spoken with native speakers before.
In your case, after you do your own exercise day in, day out for a few months, you will find it is easy to pronounce, to speak. Then go to Khao San Rd and apply to work as a sales girl or waitress in a restaurant over there or along some high-class restaurant along Sukhumvit Rd which cater to foreigners.
You can speak only when you have a chance to speak. If you don't have a chance to speak, you must do the so-called "virtual speaking" by mimicking the dialog you heard.
