If you need to improve writing, you need to be very good about grammar (structure, meaning). If you can do the structure part easily with at least 90% correct, you will not commit a very simple mistake such as:
we must be written
I had to taken
I taken
her company provide.
I have to married to her
I plan many thing
These simple mistakes I hope you can see it by yourself. If you cannot, you should not start writing anymore but go and read a good grammar book such as English Grammar in Use by Murphy and do a lot of exercises. Then d/l Toiec, Toefl practice tests from the Internet and do them everyday. Once you can do these tests at least 90% correct, start writing again.
Frankly, at your current level, writing does not help you that much. Read, read and read. Then do exercises a lot.
