เมื่อมีการก่อสร้างตามสัญญานี้เรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องขนย้ายสัมภาระและสิ่งของเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในการก่อสร้าง รวมทั้งทำความสะอาดในสถานที่ที่ทำการก่อสร้างให้เรียบร้อยภายในเจ็ดวัน นับจากวันที่ผู้ว่าจ้างได้รับมอบงานจากผู้รับจ้าง มิฉะนั้นผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิจ้างผู้อื่นมาขนย้ายออกไปและเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายค่าเสียหายจากผู้รับจ้างได้
Within seven days of acceptance by the Employer of the delivery by the Contractor of the completed construction work hereunder, the Contractor shall remove all the construction tools, equipment, machinery, materials and supplies from and clean the construction site to put it in good working conditions. In the event of non-compliance on the part of the Contractor, the Employer shall be entitled to hire another person to perform such works, and charge the costs and expenses, which the Employer may suffer or incur, to the Contractors account. The Contractor shall in this regard be liable for the damages arising therefrom and in connection therewith (if any).
ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างบอกเลิกสัญญาโดยเหตุอื่นที่ไม่ได้เกิดจากการกระทำผิดของผู้รับจ้าง ให้ผู้ว่าจ้างบอกเลิกสัญญาเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรโดยยินยอมจะชำระเงินค่าจ้างให้ตามสัดส่วนของงานที่ได้ทำไปแล้วเสร็จขณะนี้
Termination by the Employer of the Contract shall only be done in writing; if the grounds of such termination are anything other than the Contractors default or shortcomings, the Employer shall be liable to pay the contract price in proportion to the works already performed and completed at the time of such termination.
