ทดสอบใคร? ทดสอบตำรวจหรือ? งานแบบนี้ไปหวังพึ่งหนังสือเป็นเล่มๆไม่ได้ แต่คนทำงานวิจัยควรมีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษมากพอที่จะเขียนแบบทดสอบขึ้นมาได้เองไม่ว่าจะทดสอบใครก็ตามโดยการดูว่าคนที่กำลังจะถูกทดสอบจะต้องใช้ทักษะอะไรในการทำงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้
เราไม่ได้เรียนมาทางด้านภาษาก็เลยคิดแบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านภาษาไม่ได้ แต่เราจะคิดแบบนักคณิตศาตร์เพื่อผลิต tests ออกมาให้ได้ ด้วยแนวคิดแบบประมาณนี้
