Youre problem is the degree and frequency of being exposed to English. If you read English texts everyday at least 3 hours/day, I am quite sure that you will not have to translate in Thai any more.
There is a saying which I believe is true in several fields including English.
If you don't use it, lose it.
If you just read and don't have a chance to use what you have read, how can you expect to remember. That's why in this day and age when technology is widely available, students can easily record lecture using MP3 recorder. However, most still make a lecture note.
Why?
Think for yourself.
