Listen first to familiarise with the spoken English and to test your understanding.
The second time, look at the script for understanding and to familiarise yourself with the written form.
The third time, repeat sentence by sentence to make it as a habit so that when time comes to use it, your mouth can speak automatically.
The last part is to copy sentence by sentence. This will help familiarise with sentence pattern. The more you do, the easier it is for you when it is time to write something out.
All these steps take time but if you do it every day, at least 3 hours a day, you will see improvement within one year.
