ตอนนี้กำลังเขียนจดหมายไปหาลูกค้าค่ะ
เคยติดต่อกันมาแล้ว(แต่ไม่ใช่ในนามบริษัท) ส่งตัวอย่างสินค้าไปแล้วเค้าถูกใจ เลยจะส่งอีเมลล์ตอบกลับไป
จุดประสงค์หลักๆก็...
- แนะนำบริษัท
- ขอบคุณที่สนใจในสินค้า
- ขอข้อมูลเพื่อทำใบเสนอราคา
คือตอนนี้งงๆค่ะว่า จะใช้ we หรือ I ดี เพราะตอนแรกติดต่อกันตัวต่อตัว
ก็คิดว่าจะใช้ I แล้วก็บอกไปว่าเราตำแหน่งอะไร บริษัทอะไร
แต่มีคนบอกว่าให้ใช้ we เพราะแนะนำบริษัทด้วย
ถ้าเขียนแบบนี้ไปจะโอเคมั้ยคะ? เวิ่นเว้อไปรึเปล่า?
