อันที่ 2 นะ I am 28 years old and I live in Bangkok, Thailand. The heaviest weight I reached was 136 kgs. I started my weight lose at 130 kilos. I am currently 80 kilos, so 50 kilos have gone. I was fat when I was very young and I have tried many ways to lose weight, but they have never worked out. The more I tried to lose weight the more discouraged I became. That was until lately, I have discovered a happy way to lose weight which is not too extreme or to irregular. Lets say its a middle way. I have tried nearly every thing: diet supplements, sliming drugs, starving, eating one meal a day, slimming massage and so on and on, they never did work out. So I eventually made up my mind to stick to the most common and the best way to lose weight which is to control my diet and exercise.
The only thing I have added is to enjoy everything you do along the journey and try to think positive. I would call this Self-motivation. I still eat what I like, but just try to control the portions and the calories. I still party. A healthy body should go together with a healthy mind, so if you have to lose weight and do not enjoy life, that would be a disaster for you. The same thing with the exercise, I dont exercise like its my duty, instead I feel like I am going to the disco every time I jump on the cardio machine. I pick my favorite songs to help me enjoy the work out and if you exercise right it will suppress my appetite afterwards also.
After having been doing the same thing for quite sometime; mainly going to the gym, I kinda get bored of it. It doesnt matter how I tried to adjust my exercise routine I still felt it was just okay. That plus the holidays months made it very difficult for me. I became discouraged like I never felt before since I started to lose weight. It was my first time to feel a fear that I wont reach my dream of being healthy and pretty.
One day I tried boxing with my personal trainer and I felt wow, It was a lot of fun, i was very tired and it really could release stress. I become very interested in boxing and wanting to learn it. One day I drove home and I saw Masters Toddy gym sign near my home. Its not just about I find a place to learn Thai boxing, but for me it felt like Id discovered a new resource of my inspiration. Master Toddy really has a unique way of training which keeps me motivation strong. Practice, teamwork, and motivational encouragement from Master Toddy himself! This place has given me a new light. Nothing is too hard if you believe in yourself. He teaches me to have the heart of a fighter!
Boxing is more than just to self-defense or to fight in the ring. It trains your sprit to be strong and positive. Its a great work out both for muscles and cardio. It feels so right.
