เนื้อหาคือขอให้สถานทูตช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการขอไปดูงานที่ประเทศเขาน่ะค่ะ
ไม่เคยแต่งทำนองนี้มาก่อน อยากขอ comment เรื่องภาษาด้วยค่ะ (ยินดีรับฟังทุกความเห็นค่ะ เพราะต้องการพัฒนาความสามารถของตัวเอง)

Excellency:
On behalf of หน่วยงานของเราค่ะ, I have the honor to congratulate Your Excellency on your appointment as the Euracia Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand.
For the past several years, the Euracia Embassy and หน่วยงานของเราค่ะ have worked actively together in various aspects of life-long education. In this respect, I strongly believe that, with you as new head of the Eurasia mission, we will develop even closer collaboration towards our common goal of equal access to education in this region.
In this light, I have further the honor to bring to Your Excellency’s attention our recent initiative, the Education for All Office (EFA). Inspired by the successful records of EFA in your country, this office was founded only late last year to streamline Thailand’s EFA efforts in various capacities .
Your Excellency, I would like to add that once this office reaches its full operation, Thailand will see an unprecedented and significant change in its education system. In the meantime, หน่วยงานของเราค่ะ has been devoting its efforts and resources to the capacity building of our personnel to equip them for challenges lying ahead.
In this regard, หน่วยงานของเราค่ะ is planning a 1-week trip for หัวหน้าหน่วยงาน, along with our executives and senior officers, to visit our Eurasia counterparts, probably in late August this year. This proposed official visit will allow หน่วยงานของเราค่ะ to initiate a working relationship with our Eurasia counterparts for their future cooperation as well as provide a platform for exchanging views and experience between executives and senior officers from both sides.
I therefore have the honor to request, on behalf of หน่วยงานของเราค่ะ, the Eurasia Embassy’s assistance with the necessary arrangements for this visit. Our staff will initiate contact with the Embassy soon to discuss the plan in detail, and to facilitate our future contact with the Embassy, หน่วยงานของเราค่ะ has appointed นส แสนดี, as the focal person. นส แสนดี can be reached at tel. เบอร์โทร. Also, I would be grateful if the Embassy could likewise provide us with the name and contact details of its focal person for this matter.
