You should acquire conversation skills first. Why don't you try AUA? They have all the expertise and facilities for teaching conversation. With perfect spoken English you can study other advanced skills by yourself.
Twenty five years ago, I could speak English perfectly well, but my grammar and writing were not too good. I bought from overseas many textbooks on grammar, phonetics, writing and teaching English as a foreign language to study by myself to become an English teacher. Later, I studied even more advanced skills from the Internet alone to become a translator.
You can do the same!
It is possible to study English without listening to Thai teachers or reading Thai textbooks if you go to the right teacher.
