Active Distributor - A Distributor who has joined or purchased AutoShip during
the current calendar month.
Active Enrolling Distributor - A Distributor meeting the following conditions:
Six months have not yet passed since the date on
which the Distributor enrolled as a Company Distributor or a person who has
personally enrolled at least two Active Distributors.
Has executed the purchase of AutoShip during the calculation month.
Is a Distributor with more than six months at the Company, has not yet
sponsored two Active Enrolling Distributors, but is executing AutoShip on a
regular basis (each month).
If a Distributor fails to be an active enroller for a period of six months that
Distributor shall become a Preferred Customer and that Distributor’s position
on the Layers and Generation Tree shall be cancelled.
That Distributor’s first generations shall be converted into the first generation
for that Distributor’s sponsor.
That Distributor’s first layers shall be converted into the first layers in the
Distributor’s uppermost layer.
