How to Have Excellent Health

Everyone needs the excellent health because they know good health and vitality are important for life.  Many people buy Health’s tips magazines or take vitamin tablets for improve their health.  It may succeed if you always do the ways in tips magazines but there are no guarantees in result of vitamin tablets.  There are a lot of ways and easy for get an excellent health.

Firstly, you have to stop smoking or drinking alcoholic.  If you can not stop smoking or drinking at once, you should reduce it step by step. In many countries they have campaign for people who need to stop smoking or drinking. They know cigarettes and alcoholic drinks are full of toxins it can destroy the internal organic systems. If you can not stop doing them, you should join the campaign.  The volunteers will bring you to see the doctor and give you some advice.  Apart of that you can do activities for improve your health and develop the society.

Next, you should have vary foods and cut down the wrong kind of foods.  Some kind of food has chemical it can make you have bad health.  The easy way to protect the chemical is limit the intake of salt and fat foods.  Fresh fruits and vegetables are the most important foods for health because they contain different types of antioxidant that can help the aging process.  In a day you must drink water at least eight glasses or juice because it can get rid of toxins from your body.  However, our bodies need many kind of foods but it does not mean we must eat food too much in each day.  If we eat a lot, it will have effects with the health.  

Last, you should spend time to do exercise.  Exercise is the third way to have excellent health.  Everyone knows we can burn fat by exercise.  The easy activities are walking, biking, jogging, dancing, and playing sports.  You should spend the time at least thirty minutes per day for exercise because it is benefit for blood system to move to heart.  These good tips can increase your chance of living healthy and make you enjoy life.

The important thing is you are what you eat.  If you eat food but never do exercise  it can not make you more healthy.  Everything must doing together for getting the excellent health.
