สภาพอาคารเรียนที่สุดโทรม ในหลายพื่นที่
การมีอาหารมื้อกลางวัน สำหรับเด็กอย่างเพียงพอ ในพื้นที่ยากจน
และประการสุดท้ายที่สำคัญคือ
การพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถครู
ให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนอย่างรวดเร็ว ด้านเทคโนโลยีการสอน

คิดว่า ถ้าตั้งกระทู้เป็นภาษาไทย จะมีผู้เข้ามาร่วม แสดงความคิดเห็นมากกว่านี้

I disagree entirely. Many pupils cannot share one lousy tablet pc.

If the pupils are provided the tablet pc, what should parents and teachers concern about the pupils computer use?

Most importantly, does it make sense to provide Tablet PCs for grade 1 students in rural areas which not only have no internet access but have inferior infrastructure? In my view, it is just a political propaganda which politicians implement to fulfill their dream-come-true.

I believe that it makes no differences. The problem is the content, not the tool that link human to the content.

As long as we have no real democracy, the fake democracy would allow only good and nice information that benefits the government/army to be exposed to the children.

These contents would induce nationalism and fallacy but prevent logical thinking from development. It will teach our children to remember stocked answers and forget how to question.

Our children will be extremely stupid and easy to control. This nation will one day fall, with or without Tablet PC.

For me it is very difficult to write this essay in Thai. Kratoo's owner must read many books in English .

and the good sources would be the report"Tablet PCs in school Case study report . A report for Becta by The open University. It is in English about 58 pages . Especilly on the last pages of the report there was the report from case studies from many school in England.
