Google tells me that 'Royal Thai Cuisine' are used more than 'Thai Royal Cuisine'.
However, I think 'Thai Royal Cuisine' is a more accurate translation of "อาหารชาววัง"
Reasons:
In Thailand, there are Northern, Northeastern (or Isan), Central and Southern cuisine for common people plus the 'royal cuisine' for the royal household.
The term 'Thai royal cuisine' is used in particular to differentiate the 'royal cuisine' from all the other regional cuisines of Thailand.
If 'royal Thai cuisine' is used, it conveys the idea of all the cuisines of the four regions of Thailand being adopted as one cuisine by the royal household.

The use of 'Thai Royal Cuisine' --according to the above arguments--can be found in the following texts:
