This may be inappropriate to post in this room but I have to send this message to the OP since he is still not convinced that the answers I and some people had given him in the Kalibann main room.

I have to hand it to you for trying really hard to better yourself by trying to gain an English qualification in order to be qualified for your visa.
Passing an English test at an appropriate level would be OK, at least you would meet the English requirement for a certain type of visa; be it tier 2 or tier 4 under the point based system and also settlement visa as a dependant of a British spouse, a child under 18 years old and unmarried partner.
I don't know whether you fully understood what we have been trying to tell you about your visa situation in both English and Thai. You did not even tell me under which visa category you intended to apply for. As I and other people had mentioned, if you were to apply to go to the UK under "a dependant of your BROTHER (and you are over 18)" then your visa would definitely be rejected.
It does not matter how much money you are going to pay someone to help you or get other people to help for free, the outcome would still be the same. Your visa application would be thrown out and wasted one visa fee.
Let me repeat, in your case it is IMPOSSIBLE to apply for a settlement visa as a dependant of your brother.
Unless you can tell me to confirm the visa type you will be applying for, I cannot and will not help you again. I will totally ignore all your future posts on this visa matter.
