'me either' cannot be used in the first context.
When you agree with the speaker... A: I don't like hamburgers. B: Me, either or Neither do I.
When you don't agree with the speaker... A: I love fried fish. B: I don't. C: I don't either or Neither do I.
(Me, either [colloq] = I don't like it either)
You : I feel lonely.. Me : Me, too //
also me or me also// me as well <==== not quite correct but, colloquially, some people do use them.
in addition to above Me: So, do I // I do too or also // I do as well.
You have to be very careful when to use 'either' and 'neither'.
