ความคิดเห็นที่ 3 To all residents:   Please kindly be informed that as of the end of February this year, a 7% VAT shall, as required by the Revenue Department, be imposed upon the service and rental charges of the following items: electricity supply, water supply and garbage collection services; furniture(20% of the rent), refrigerator and TV rentals.
