A very important point to remember, you should ask a question (in Thai or English) clearly, precisely and properly so everyone can understand what you are trying to communicate.
A good answer always requires an equally good question.
I guess what you try to say may be:
"Please post your questions and answers in English so I can learn"
"ได้โปรดโพสต์คำถามและคำตอบของคุณเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อผมจะได้เรียนรู้" (with the help of Google translate)
Am I right? Obviously not.

ตอบกระทู้ answer a question
