สอบถามเรื่อง Terms ของการประกันวินาศภัยทางทะเลครับ TT

ผมอยากรบกวนสอบถามความหมายของ Terms ใน Institute Cargo Clause A บางประเด็นครับ

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, it is hereby specially agreed that this insurance (except war risks) shall remain in force, during the period of:

(1) Storage other than in the ordinary course of transit, and/or
(2) allocaton or distribution
in the custom house or any intermediate warehouse at the final port or a place of discharge, and TERMINATES:

(1) on the expiry of 60 days after completion of discharge overside of the goods hereby insured from the oversea vessel or unloading from the aircraft at the final port or a place of discharge, OR

(2) On delivery to the consignees' or other final warehouse or place of storage at the destination named in the policy, whichever shall first occur.


ตรงข้อ (2) ว่าด้วยเรื่อง termination นี้แปลว่าอะไรครับ หมายถึง
"การประกันจะจบลงเมื่อของที่เอาประกันส่งถึงโกดังสินค้าของผู้รับหรือโกดังสินค้าปลายทางอื่นๆ หรือ สถานที่เก็บสินค้าปลายทางตามที่ระบุใน policy" หรือเปล่าครับ แล้วตรง whichever shall first occur เขาหมายถึง เรื่องในข้อ 2 อย่างเดียว หรือ เขาหมายถึง (1) หรือ (2) แล้วแต่อันไหนเกิดก่อน?

เรื่องของเรื่องคือสั่งของมาทางเรือ แล้ววัตถุดิบมันเสียหายเพราะรถขนส่งในประเทศมันเกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างออกจากท่าเรือมาแล้ว แต่ยังไม่ถึงโรงงาน...เลยสงสัยกันว่า case แบบนี้ claim ได้หรือไม่ถ้าดูตามสัญญาประกันภัยครับ
