The Transferor agrees to transfer all of its rights and interests which are receivable herebefore, now and hereafter, from the Company, to the Transferee whereby it shall be deemed that the payment in consideration of the rights and interests so transferred to the said Transferee is included in the Share Transfer Price provided herein, and fully received by the Transferor.
ทั้งนี้ (1) มีสมมุติฐานว่า นี่เป็นเอกสารการโอนหุ้น ดังนั้น เงินค่าโอน จึงใช้ Share Transfer Price แต่ถ้าไม่ใช่การโอนหุ้น ก็ปรับเปลี่ยนไปตามนั้น
ทั้งนี้ (2) รู้แค่งูๆ ปลาๆ ดังนั้น จึง ผิดตกยกเว้น
