In the morning, I take a bus to work. In the evening, if I'm not rushing anywhere else, I walk back home. Due to the traffic condition in the evening, I'd rather keep going sl:-) than being jammed on the road. At the end of the day, the difference is only 10 minutes. Walking is also a kind of work out. ความคิดเห็นที่ 5 Awwwwww ... I miss being the first this week ... I was so busy with work. OK, means of transport I usually take? It depends. In Bangkok it's my car; out of BKK, it's public transport. Why's that? Because if I don't use the car in BKK, it'd be out of legs. There's no convenient public transport where I live. ความคิดเห็นที่ 6 I'd been going around in my own car for years and years living in the suburb. It was convenient. I like the freedom of coming and going on my will, not being restricted by schedules. Soon I'll be living in a city where I won't be able to afford the parking fee and the car at the same time. I will have to either walk or use public transportations. ความคิดเห็นที่ 7 Hi there everyone, this is my first time ^,^ so I've Car license by take 20 hours in driving school and also don't have a car then I usually take public transport often, especially BTS i'd rather take BTS than bus b'cause the traffic and can't predict time to wait, the worst thing in bkk I think. So if I can change something I'd change the public transport especially public bus. Think if we can predict estimate time to get office, can plan to catch transit bus on time. How's good with that? It would be more convenience if I had a car, I could go everywhere I want to. ความคิดเห็นที่ 9 Hi! I drive. I have probably taken a train for a few times here in Australia and that accompanied by other people. I have panic attack just by the thought of taking a train by myself. Lol. I don't even know how to take a bus. When I was living in Bangkok, taxi was my best friend. lol I love driving here, it's so convenient and the traffic is alright. The only thing that not so good is that I have to pay so much for fuel. I used to drive a sedan and that was fuel efficient. I am now driving an SUV, oh man, this thing drinks like a thirsty camel. It's understandable that a bigger engine uses more fuel, however; it would be better if it doesn't consume this much. But, oh well, the big car suits my needs better now since I am going around with two kids. ความคิดเห็นที่ 11 I usually take a car from my house to a BTS station, Next I take a BTS to the BTS station which near my office and walk 200 meters to the office. I commute by the BTS 5 days a week and maybe take a MRT sometimes. There are crown of people in a BTS on rush hour. I use my own car and public transportation. I like all of them because its save my time. If I can change something, I will change public transportation (like bus, BTS, MRT) enoungh and more safety for people. Many time, I've found that the bus drivers is quite rude, they drive too fast and dangerously. But I can't do anything, I have no option, I take them in spite of myself. ความคิดเห็นที่ 13 Hi everyone, I suddenly think of the mean of transportation that I'm gonna use and many of you might have never tried before. Tonight I'm gonna start my trip to Inner Mongolia . I have to travel about 800km from my place. A flight takes only 1 hours but it's costly, no low-cost flight on this route, so I decided to take a sleeper coach instead. It's simply a coach with sleeper like what you can see in a sleeper train. The difference is that we will sit and lie on a flat bed and mattress for the whole trip. It's actually quite confortable. Anyway, the driver may be rampage, the road may be tought, so anti-neuseate pill is something worth taking!!! I'll come back to the forum and chat with you guys again on Monday. I found it really interesting and wonder if there is anyone helps correct my writing?   I wish there could be one at least and I will be impressed with his help ^^ Normally, I take a bus to BTS and use it to go to work.   But in the evening after get off from BTS , I take a taxi. Why?... the answer is the bus is too crowded and I can't bear standing for almost 2 hours in there packed like Tuna Can :P I wish I could improve the quality of all kinds of public transportation.   In my opinion, if our public transportation are good.  Number of people using them will be increased.  Less traffic jam, less pollution, less stress. The word "mean" in the above two samples should actually be "means" because it's a word, a noun in itself, that means "an instrument used to achieve something". And it comes stock with that 's' at the end, whether singular or plural. And we don't say "means of transportation". It's only "means of transport", because we "use something" (means) "to do something" (to transport).
