To #6:
You say
^ Read my comments in #5 carefully and tell me where and how I try to find faults with you. In fact, I praise you all along. You're a smart guy, aren't you? You graduated from a famous international university with a degree in English language, and you are one of the highest paid translators. You shouldn't have a chip on your shoulder.
Since you want to discuss what is right and what is wrong, let's do it.
First of all, it is grammatically correct to say
"dreamed of doing something"
But do you know what it means?
Let me show you:
If you often think about something that you would very much like to happen or have, you can say that "you dream of it".
So have a look at this sentence of yours in #1:
Last night, I dreamed of a black snake looks alike yours biting my neck...
^ And tell me what it means.
Do you mean to say that you would love very much to be bitten by a black snake?
Now, look at this sentence again:
Last night, I dreamed of a black snake looks alike yours biting my neck...
^ Do you know what's wrong with it?
The word 'alike' cannot be put in front of a noun. You can say "She and her sister look alike.", but you can't say "She looks alike her sister."
Also look at this part:
"...a black snake looks alike yours..." Disregarding the incorrect use of 'alike', I still think you cannot omit the relative pronoun.
Well, I'm not majored in English Language and Literature. If I'm wrong, you should really forgive me.
