According to Ponpet Songkitchanuwat,the project's co-ordinator,a group of Thai businessmen havesinged a 10-year contract to lease three floors totalling 353 square metres in the Garden Plaza with plans to sublease the space to Thais living in Sydney who are interested to operating retail shops.
