DAY ONE WATER AND DETOX TEA ONLY
DAY TWO WATERMELON JUICE EVERY 3 HOURS
DAY THREE Breakfast: Papaya, pineapple and watermelon juice Lunch: Carrot juice 1700: Detox tea and fresh fruit juice 1900: Vegetable juice and detox tea
DAY FOUR Breakfast: Oatmeal with soya milk, fresh raw honey, with 5 almonds and sesame seed. Lunch: Carrot juice 1700: Watermelon juice 1900: Vegetable juice and detox tea
DAY FIVE Breakfast: 1100: Fresh juice 1300: Big salad with parsley and a whole baked potato with skin 1500: Detox tea and carrot juice 1700: Fruit juice 1900: Miso soup with Nori and green onions, steamed brown rice with 2 steamed vegetables
DAY SIX Breakfast: Fruit juice, oatmeal with nuts and soya milk and raw honey 1100: Fresh juice 1300: Salad and one baked potato with skin 1500: Detox tea 1700: Fruit juice 1900: Vegetable soup, brown rice with 2 steamed vegetables, small salad
DAY SEVEN Breakfast: Fruit juice, mixed fruits and detox tea 1100: Fresh juice 1300: Big salad, baked potato with skin and steamed asparagus 1700: Fruit juice 1900: Pumpkin soup, steamed rice with 2 vegetables
Daily: Detox tea, 8 glasses of water, walking for at least 30 minutes and sauna for exfoliation as well as body scrubbing.
