In my opinion, when you chase for something, you expect the outcome to turn out the way you want it to be. On the other hand, something usually come along when you least expect it. This is how the questioned topic arise.
There is no rule of thumb for love rok na ka. If you have a chance to meet someone special, don't be hesitate to get to know the person better ka. Keep in mind that some opportunities come only once in a lifetime ka.
