His Majesty was not involved, in any way, with the trail of the Swiss man. It is us, the people. The king represents us, if you disrespect him, you disrespect 60 million Thais as well.
we will do whatever it takes to defend the dignity of the king. Im willing to trade my life for his majesty to live another day.
To notion of respect, is the notion many westerners fail to truly appreciate. But respect is the culture of the east. We live with respect to the elders and respect to one another. Regardless of their belief.
Think, why is the USA is being hated by the world? You think they are jealous of you? I dont think so. They are sick of your foul mouth and your intervention in other countries internal affairs.
Free speech doesnt mean it is always good. America is a relatively young country with mostly modern cultures. You are able to adapt to change easier. But other countries are different.
There are countries with history date back thousands of years, with long history that couldnt be taken out of its people. You might say we live in the dark ages, but I say we live by our proud traditions.
Without tradition, there wont be a unified country today.
During colonialism, western powers sail around and take what they needed and leave the victim countries vulnerable. You destroyed their cultures and traditions, and you hurt them with your racism.
