Ideally, it's best to keep cardio and weight training seperately.
Weight training and cardio on the same session workout is only for busy people.
If you goal is to lose weight quickly, more cardio is the best way to go.
On the other hand, if you goal is lose weight in long-term, doing more weight training is the ideal.
Personally, I would suggest as follows.
1.If you still have a lot of excess fat to be burned, you should spend more time on cardio. (i.e. 20% weight training VS 80% Cardio)
2.If you're getting into shape,you shoud spend more time on weight training. (i.e. 80% weight training VS 20% Cardio)
Again, the above mentioned suggestion is "only" my personal concept which is intergrated with sport science concept and psychological concept. Therefore, it can be different from sport science concept.
