August 4, I got morning glory (pak-bung) as veggy na ka.
BTW, August 5 meal as follow:
Kow-moo-krob (Deep fried pork with rice and its sauce)
Somtum
Peanut butter 2 tbsp with 1 potato bread
5 pieces of frozen yoghurt
1 wafer with caramel filling --> bad things, but the taste is so good
cucumber
brown rice with bitter cucumber and ground pork & glass noodle
1 banana
1 cup of black coffee
2 salted prune

No exercise today due to the thunder storm & hails today T__T
