I 've never tried WheyProtein na, but I'm lil bit scare of being too buff. Most of peopl who drink that are muscle guys T T I wanna see the result from you then I 'll try lol
I think the L-carnitine jinfo that you post, it just tell only " Pros " na ka
I found one thing I don't like about it. After I took L, my body contain a lot of water for a while, so it make me gain weight 1-2 kilo for a day, and next day it's just gone. I took L only when next day I won't go out anywhere ka... = _ =;;
