Well,
keeping yourself busy with other things as suggested above. Every time when you about to think of her, STOP and find other things to do or think instead.
Keep doing like this for months, it may help you feeling better. All in all, it depends on your mind, if you can't stop thinking about it no matter how long it takes, you'll never success. (so going to meditation may help)
So, remember, everytime you happen to think of her. Stop !!!
However, saying is 1000 times easier than doing. coz i myself couldn't do that either.. ^,^
