#18 Good Good krab, That means your legs have a good flexibility krab:) Well.......... Starting from pose in #5, there are others two variations. The first is bending your body down while your hand is attaching with you ears still. Go forward untill your fingers touch your toes and your forhead touch on your knees. Hold it for 5 breaths....,then, releasing the pose. Another variation... you can bend backward, like the pose in # 6. You back and body will bend like a half moon shape. It's nice, though..belive me hihi.
If your body have a good flexibility..... It's good for you to start YOGA..... all you need is practising your mind and the way you breath. Your pose will be deeper and better for sure:)
Anyway, I don't know the YOGA scholl which located near to BANG-NA area. So sorry krab. Typically, I pratise my YOGA at Bikram YOGA (hot yoga), Hatha YOGA, Power Yoga, Astanga YOGA in fitness (silom and Sukhumvit). And Also with Kru Nong at BAN YOGA ladprow 35/1 krab.
May I share you my experience? hihi Now, it quite hard for me for practising YOGA coz I'm far away from home. Starting YOGA in the scholl with a group of people and with GURU (my theachers) is a lot better way than practise it on your own. You need to have a strong motivation in your mind to do it alone. But when It can start....It can't stop aswell..untill you can finish:)
