ขอแจ้งข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมนะคะ
การนำหมายเลขไป Roaming และมีการใช้งานโทรออก จะมีบาง Operator ( เครือข่ายที่เลือกใช้งาน ในขณะนั้น) ที่มีการคิดค่าบริการแม้ใน กรณีโทรไม่ติดหรือ โทรแล้วปลายทางไม่ได้รับสายค่ะ
- Operator ที่คิดค่าบริการตั้งแต่กดปุ่ม send

- การโทรนั้นมีปัญหาเนื่องจาก network errors
- โทรเข้า emergency call

19 USA Cingular Wireless กรณีที่เป็นเสียงเรียก ตั้งแต่ 30 วินาทีขึ้นไป ก็ถือว่าการโทรนั้นสมบูรณ์
กรณี Miss Callหรือ มีสายเข้ามาแต่เราไม่ได้รับ หากมีบริการเสริม Vocie Mail (บริการรับฝากข้อความ ) จะคิดค่าบริการดังนี้
- ถ้า เปิด เครื่องไว้แล้วมี Voice Mail จะคิด เงินค่ารับสาย
- ถ้า ปิด เครื่องแล้วไม่มี Voice Mail จะไม่ คิดเงินค่ารับสาย
ดังนั้นก่อนหากนำไป Roaming แนะนำยกเลิก Voice Mail ก่อนค่ะ
