ความคิดเห็นที่ 3 #2 Whoever has that idea does not matter. It is  Jonathan Head who put it in there and he is the one who also has been  accused of  violating les majesty law for many times. By the way, Thai government has nothing to do with this secret trial because the trial would be open or closed depends entirely on the judge not the administration. Thai juridical system always considers the appropriateness for any trials. In case, in the process of  trial , prosecutors or defendants might have to cite some insulting speaking, speeches   or documents as evidence and the insult is on the monarchy, these cases must certainly be closed. The monarchy is highly revered and it is unacceptable to let any such insulting citation in court to be heard publicly.
