I recognize from your kratoo this morning that you have been in trouble and have been repeatedly asking the very same questions about my comments on ICJ’s order. This occurs because you picked up and sticked to only some words or phrases which were just parts of the comments. You picked them up and interpreted them incorrectly, neglecting the true context of the comment.

I am going to answer your questions that are almost the same as those questions that you have been asking for 3 days. I will extrapolate these in detail to help clarify your confusion.

Question 1
(1) My choice is b. Access does not mean อยู่

About the word “อยู่”
You pick up the word “อยู่” and repeatedly distorted it to bind to another word “access”. I have already clarified this issue in  P10827924, but you tried not to understand. In that kratoo, I have elaborated that…

P10827924 ข้อ 1. คุณโบกรัก อย่ายกเอาเอาข้อความคำสั่ง ICJ มาเพียวบางส่วนเดียวสิครับ และอย่าแปลแบบคนไม่ชำนาญภาษาสิครับ ข้อความทั้งหมดในคำพิพากษาตอนนั้นนั้นกล่าวไว้เต็มๆเช่นนี้ครับ Thailand shall not obstruct Cambodia’s free access to the Temple of Preah Vihear or Cambodia’s provision of fresh supplies to its non-military personnel in the Temple; จะเห็นได้ชัดว่าบริบทคำพิพากษา ย้ำแต่เรื่องที่ให้ไทยอย่าขัดขวาง เส้นทางที่เขมรจะใช้เข้าไปยังประสาทพระวิหาร หรือการส่งกำลังบำรุงไปยังประสาทให้แก่คนที่ไม่ใช่ทหารในประสาทนั้น ไม่มีข้อความคำสั่ง ห้ามไทยขัดขวางการกระทำอื่นๆในเขต 4.5 ตร.กม หรือเขตถอนทหาร ในบริเวรอื่นๆเลย

This elaboration states that ICJ’s order recognizes Cambodia’s right only at and in the temple, not any other areas. The Cambodia can not go to anywhere else on that hill top except the temple. So, the word “อยู่ในประสาท” does comply with the context of  ICJ’s order.

It is your freedom not to agree with this comment but you should not pretend to make it confusing by asking this  issue repeatedly.

Question 2
(2) My choice is a. Preah Vihear has been registered as World Heritage by Cambodia.

This question occurs because there is a distortion of my comment on “ไม่มีการพูดถึงการพัฒนาพื้นที่ตามที่กัมพูชาเดินเรื่อง”


You pick up the phrase “ให้ไทยสนับสนุนการขั้นทะเบียนของกัมพูชา หรือให้ความร่วมมือกับกัมพูชาในการขึ้นทะเบียนยูเนสโก” in my kratoo at P10826660 without bringing the leading phrase into candid consideration.

The leading phrase “ไม่มีการพูดถึงการพัฒนาพื้นที่ตามที่กัมพูชาเดินเรื่อง” definitely states that Preah Vihear has already become the world heritage of UNESCO and now is under process to submit a development plan. How does Preah Vihear have “การพัฒนาพื้นที่ตามที่กัมพูชาเดินเรื่อง” without being a world herirage site. Because the step of “การพัฒนาพื้นที่พื้นที่ตามที่กัมพูชาเดินเรื่อง” will occur only after “Preah Vihear has become a world heritage”.

So, only a fool would be silly enough to  think that we  still have question on whether Preah Vihear has a world heritage status or not.This is also a ridiculous accusation because everybody has learned by now that “Preah Vihear has been world heritage”. Why I have to bother trying to convince others that “Preah Vihear is still not a world heritage site?

This is really an absurd and idiot accusation.

Question 3
(3) My choice is b. "อย่าแปลแบบคนไม่ชำนาญภาษา" is not polite sentence to talk to people.

You started it first krab.
You started to be impolite to me first in kratoo P10827758 . My phrase "อย่าแปลแบบคนไม่ชำนาญภาษา" is as impolite as   your phrases “ไม่ทราบคุณไปหลงยุคที่ไหน” that you put in your kratoo. So, my phrase "อย่าแปลแบบคนไม่ชำนาญภาษา" in P10827924 was merely my response to your rude expression.




Conclusions :

On ICJ’verdict comments.
Up to now, I have already responded and answered your questions, both in Thai and English, for almost more than 5 kratoos. In fact, you should leave it for a while and you should  let the members read and use their  own judgments and discretions .


On the impoliteness.
RJD is not my private asset. Also, it is no my toilet or my restroom. It is a public place. You can make any comments you wish on any subjects you want. No one force me or you to reply or make comment.

Also, you can freely criticize my comments and I can freely criticize yours. However, it is my right to comment whether your kratoo is annoying or making me waste my time to answer to your questions. You may disagree with that, but I insist that it is my freedom to give such a comment.

From time to time, you and your friends prefer to intimidate or annoy other members who have different political point of view with inappropriate or rude words. I and other members reserve our rights to response adequately to any inappropriate impoliteness. But usually, it is your friends or you yourself who start the impoliteness first. If you don’t want to receive an impolite comment, you  must not be impolite to others in the first place.
