1.i won't ans. yr q. untill u ans. my q.
2.in usa. if u r under 18 ,chance to have free-sex very low.
and if u r under 21 u can't buy product made of alcohol ,tobacco and can't enter pub or theque.
u can be sure that everybody strict to this rule.don't have the minister to check every night.
in usa, they go out to nite life only thursday ,friday and saturday only not everyday .
4.the bill that u refer to i don't have info. but generally it's the same in every country,but in megan's law totally diff. from what u said.
