วันนี้เริ่มทยอยตอบอีเมล์ลูกค้าละค่ะ ^^'
Dear xxxxx, Please accept my apologies for not giving you a response earlier. I have just been back from the new year holidays today. We appreciate your kind words. Thankfully, none of our colleagues were in the southen part of Thailand on the 26th of December as we were in the company's new year party. So, we all are safe from the terrible tragedy. However, up to now we have found that approximately 5,000 people were killed by the tsunami, about half of them foreign tourists. And about 4,000 people are still missing now. Also, many people have been suffering from injury and the loss of their friends, families and loved ones. This is the biggest loss I have ever seen in Thailand indeed. Anyhow, our government, local and overseas NGOs, and many Thai people have been raising funds and providing the tsunami victims with emergency assistance in many ways.
