Should also use some rules that are very important such as "Jaywalkers have the right of ways" which is you must stop the car when you see people crossing. Also at the merging lane, car should go in order... one single car from left( or right ) go first and then another car from right ( or left ) go after.... this would reduce chaos at the merging situation. One more thing, I never see any speed limit sign at the local road area. It is very important to set speed limit where the school zones are and also residential areas. Only 5k different in speed, the severity of accident that could happen to kids or anyone could be massive.-
