What we are intend to ignore is the purple food which is only second to the black. The purple one includes purple eggplant, purple corn, onion, purple haricot, purple yam congee, purple cabbage, purple pepper, purple carrot, purple okra, purple Chicory, purple Asparagus and so on.
The purple vegetable contains anthocyanin which is antioxidant and can prevent hypertension and alleviate liver function disorder. Plus, its ability to improve eye-sight and prevent eye fatigue have been recognized by many people.
Therefore, it can benefit those who has used the computer or read books for a long time. Among all the purple food, the buleberry has the most anthocyanin, followed by the purple carrot and purple grape.
And for those who want to lose weight, the purple food is recommened. Because it can suppress our appetite
