Obviously, like it said, you won't be able to tranfer money from Paypal into Thai Bank and if you have credit card with Thai Bank, it still won't work. Best way is to look for other way of payment such as Western Union Bidpay or some other Union Bank World Wide (International Money Order). 30 minutes of money tranfer in Paypal as you mentioned was meant to be only funds pending which is not garuntee 100% money available. You must wait for a couple of days, at least to be sure and ship out goods. IF you have Bank account in the U.S. before and still active, thats the best case to use Paypal when you're in Thailand.
