Interviewer: How much you expect for the salary?
Candidate: 25,000 Baht
Interviewer: How much your current salary?
Candidate: 20,000 Baht and other benefits for example, fixed bonus gaurantee 2 months and performance bonus.
Interviewer: Why you expect at 25,000 Baht?
Candidate: New position challanges my capability and career path besides, I think my experience will be applicable to this position.
Interviewer: But we could offer you 23,000 Bhat including other benefits like a medical reimbursement, group insurance.
Candidate: All right. May I ask you that basically the company will adjust salary after pass probation or not?
Interviewer: Yes but just some cases.
Candidate: May I ask for the criteria to determine.
Interviewer: Many factors of performance assessment will be considered for example, time entry, quantity & quality of work, inititives, or how much your peformance meet expectation.
Candidate: I see. Thank you.
