May I,....I think "English language, to non-native speaker appears different. The non-native speaker finds it absolutely to be accurate, coherent and fluent in the language. To improve the skills in English, the learner has to make great efforts to see to it that he is intelligible to others." So, here are some opinions that I would like to put forward; Listening skills can be improved by constant exposure of audio visual aids that help the listener to listen to the way in which native speakers speak English. The learner would be able to grasp the modulation in pitch, tone and intonation coupled with developing a neutral accent. This way, speaking skills could also be developed as well. Developing the habit of reading materials in English, take your time to choose the appropriate material. This way, writing skills could also be developed. Continual reading encourages the learner to find out how words and phrases are connected and nuances in meaning and usage differ. The computer could also help to improve in the skills in the language. Cambridge, oxford and other recognized universities have come out with excellent audio aids to develop English among the non-native speakers. (like the other have told,...Go Google It) P.S.Learning English is incomplete without a standard dictionary and the Thesaurus. And it is most important to develop love for the language. ("LOVE", this word has a lots of power, it can also turns everything in this world to be the most good part like we never ever expected to be.) @KAOJA, the 1st link that you have patched. That is the GAY series, right? INTERESTED, LOL!!! O_o''
