First, let's try that governmential work, do it for couples months and try best and then watch out the results, maybe it's suitable to you that you can have more free time to create your freelance jobs, if not, switch back to private sector. Please be noted that all your works, they generate great value experience to your life. Don't trust anyone, just only your decision is the best answer.
