ต่อ Singha is very nice with Thai Food and clears the palate well, as green curry can have after taste. T'is not for going out and drinking regularly, but for spicey dinners it is a fine drink. Singha with thai food, Kingfisher with Indian food. Patrick Gray
where can i buy this beer in Leeds anyone? tom
This drink was my first choice in Thailand. I agree that Beer Chang and Kloster were second rate compared to this beer. Kind of reminded me of the Australian wheat beer Redback. This beer is best served ice cold and perfect with hot spicy foods. Love it! Terrence Bogart
Great beer, best served very cold, tasted it in a Thai restaurant and spend two weeks tracking down where I can buy it retail in London. For those of you in London, try S.W Trading (SeeWoo) at 108 Horn Lane, Greenwich SE10 5PS. They don't stock a great deal, but I'm sure they will stock more once demand increases. Tom Nolan, London
Great beer but never combine it with Mekhong whiskey. You will encounter the worst hangover ever. Without Mekhong wonderful though. Tony Pattaya
A nice, fairly strong tasting lager with only a touch of bitterness. Nice balance of hops and malt with a malty aftertaste. Reasonable head, but it doesn't last long. All in all, a very pleasant beer. James Wood
Tom, Singha is available in Leeds from both the chinese supermarkets near Vicar Lane/Lucky Dragon restuarant. Andy
Such a refreshing and tasty compliment to spicy Thai food (it's too hard to find to sacrfice it for anything but with our cooking adventures), but Boon Rawd can't get their distribution act together here in Texas. Until the current marketing snafu is resolved we're making do with other "bitter" lagers like Foster's and Becks. We'll sure welcome it when (or if) it returns, though. George Whittet, Houston
Singha is a good Thai beer, but Chang is better. Now it takes over the leadership in Thai market. Thai drinker
Thai "Singha"Beer has a very good taste. Sjany from Holland
Boonrawd has done something with Singha beer. Now it's much better. It taste great, smooth and clear. Pol Burapapirom @ http://www.StarAsia.net
This beer contains Thamaldahide as a preservative....otherwise known as enbalming fluid! It is banned in most countries, and perhaps the reason it gives decent hangovers! David Allen (London)
Discovered this beauty on my honeymoon in Thailand. Drank no other lager whilst there. Fantastic taste and easy to drink. Will not go to a Thai restaurant where Singha is not served. Wish it was more mainstream. Del
the best beer in the world... jim
A lovely little beer that is just lovely to drink along with thai / vietnamese / burmese food. For those having trouble finding it, its available in larger safeway supermarkets (and thus probably morrisons too!) Dave Ashcroft
Singha Thai beer is the best selling Thai beer in the UK and Europe. Available in Waitrose, Booker cash and carry, also most Chinese supermarkets. bill
Singha is avaliable in safeways (bought some in Ealing today) Lee (W.London)
Weak colour when poured, but quite a sweet and hoppy beer. The alcohol does creep up however. Though I've never believed in matching beers to food (you should drink whatever you enjoy), this would still be quite flavourful even eating spicy Thai. I was pleasantly surprised. HopsHappy
Best beer in the world i never get a hangover with it and it's the only beer that goes strait to my head. Waitrose stock it but they do run out and then i miss it.Superb with spicy food. Matt (Kent)
Just come back from Thailand and Singha is by far the best lager over there. Chang in bottles is horrible but better on draught.I have just purchased a couple of bottles of Singha from Wing Yip in Croydon and will be drinking them with my green thai curry. Cant wait!!!!! Dave Summers
I have visited Thailand twice, and on both occaisions I had Singha beer, with a wonderful effect. However it is not very well distributed in this country (England). I have now found a supplier and my life is now fulfilled, sad but nice with spicy foods. Peter B
I found this to be perfect for after a hot day of touring the city and temples. It has a clean, crisp taste and is quite refreshing. It goes well with food, especially the hot curries. Guy Mandude
Drank it all the time in thailand me with my significant other M Newton
Sup, My name's Jon Fabbs an im with my friend Dean.. We recently spent time in thailand and agree that the singha bia is a credit to the lager industry. However, we believe that it is common knowledge amongst travellers that it is 'pot luck' as to how strong it is. A couple of the beauts could get you wrecko however occasions arose where a vast number were required. Is this a valid statement? Fabbs and Dean.....
Singha is good when ice cool and the only available beer.In Thailand 22yrs+. Allen Carpenter
I love Singha beer, there is nothing as good. I have bought it in Safeway but they no longer stock. I will try Waitrose, Thanks. I have bought it on the internet from beers of Europe, it works out at £1.19 a bottle but they messed up my delivery and still charged me £7.00 so i haven't been back! Happy drinking! Yvonne
Tastes great with Chinese meal. Beerlova1
Singha is the best Thai beer available!! 6% ABV and perfect with ALL spicy food. Waitrose is the best place to buy the large 630ml bottles. The small 330ml bottles are available from most large cash and carry's. You can buy cases at a good price from booker cash and carry nationwide. I LOVE THIS BEER... Jimmy
This beer is gorgeous and like somebody else stated goes straight to you head OOCH
singha has the best taste so crisp and easy to drink tastes better in thailand than here a bit like the guinness thing. speno
I found Singha beer in Sainsburys recently! What a nice suprise and blatently the better Thai beer! Gemma

..Never tried a Thai beer before although I love the food - actually this is good stuff!- deceptively drinkable, and as the reviewer said you can taste the malt which distinguishes it from ordinary lagers. ..Got it at Sainsburys for £2.00 for a 630ml bottle Peter J
Great little beer, pity it is not more readily available on the south coast. Got my last bottle at Lloyds Keith, Hants
Best beer i know. Haglunds Pojken

Wonderful Wonderful with Thai food!!! Gary
A great clean and bitter beer great for thai food and the hot weather of Asia Tony Adby
I agree with the majority of reviews here. Just spent 2 weeks in Thailand downing large bottles of wonderful Singa beer @ 50 baht (75p) each, but I am much too mean to buy a large bottle in Sainsbury's @ £1.99. I'll just have to wait until I go back to Thailand! Anne Roberts
Does anyone know where to buy Singha Online? I have tried www.singhabeer.co.uk but there are no online retails on the site... SINGHA is the GREATEST BEER!!! Sue
I love Singha its the BEST Asian beer available, very hoppy and perfect with all oriental food. Goes great with curry or noodles. I have found Singha available in Sainsbury's (£1.99 for 630ml), Waitrose (£2.10 for 630ml) and Booker cash and carry (£17.99 for 24 bottles of 330ml). I have also seen Singha for sale in JD Weatherspoons pubs and Lloyds Bars. At last THE BEST lager in the world is available in mainstream UK outlets!!!! Gregory
I agree with Gregory - the BEST lager EVER. Thanks to Mark Raddle for telling us about it being available at beerbarons.co.uk. I'm off to order a case right now!! Alan, Beds.
Sue - You can get Singha 330ml and 630ml on-line from http://www.thai4uk.com/acatalog/shop.html you even get a free glass with your order! I agree with everyone, this is one of my top 5 beers... Mr. Neil Gordon
THIS GREAT BEER IS NOW AVAILABLE IN TESCO SUPERMARKETS! Jeff
I had my first bottle of this beer last night (bought from Sainsbury's). I was pleasantly surprised. Strong and "hoppy" with a clean crisp taste. My only regret was that I had only bought one bottle. Looking forward to next week's shopping trip !!! Smiler
Best beer in Thailand. Dan, Bangkok
