ฝากตามเรื่อง K web shopping card - Hold ยอดเงินจากการยกเลิกรายการ

เนื่องจากเมื่อ 13 เม.ย. 53 ประมาณ 10 โมง ผมสั่งซื้อสินค้ากับ Freshpair.com เพราะอีกเว็บอีกนึงที่ผมเคยสั่งไม่มีสินค้าที่ต้องการ
ผมจ่ายผ่านบัตร K-web shopping card และได้รับอีเมล์รายการสั่งซื้อกลับมาเรียบร้อย
และจากการเช็คผ่าน Internet banking ทางธนาคาร มีการ Hold ยอดเงินจากบัญชีเงินฝาก สำหรับรายการสั่งซื้อนี้ไว้แล้ว
ซึ่งก็เป็นปกติเหมือนที่ผมเคยสั่งซื้อสินค้าอื่น ๆ จากเว็บต่าง ๆ ผ่านบัตรตัวนี้
แต่ประมาณ 3 ทุ่ม ผมได้รับอีเมล์จาก Freshpair.com ให้ทำรายการสั่งซื้อใหม่อีกครั้งและให้จ่ายผ่าน Paypal
เนื้อความอีเมล์ตามนี้ครับ

ซึ่งผมก็แย้งกลับไปว่าทำไมผมต้องจ่ายผ่าน paypal อีกครั้งในเมื่อมีการ Hold ยอดเงินในบัญชีผมไว้แล้ว
และบัญชี paypal ก็ผูกไว้กับบัตรใบนี้เหมือนกัน แต่ทาง Freshpair.com ก็ยังยืนยันจะให้จ่ายด้วย Paypal
ผมก็เลยแจ้งกลับไปว่าขอยกเลิกรายการสั่งซื้อไปก่อนเพราะต้องการให้ยอดเงินที่ Hold ไว้กลับมาก่อน
และทาง Freshpair.com ตอบกลับมาว่า
" Dear Phairot,
Thank you for contacting Freshpair.
As requested, we were able to cancel your order #2281597.
Since your order had not yet shipped your credit card was not charged.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

จากนั้นผมโทรเข้าไปถาม call center ของกสิกร ว่าต้องทำอย่างไรต่อเพื่อให้ได้ยอดเงินกลับคืนจากการ Hold
ซึ่งทาง CC ก็บอกว่าให้ดูที่รายการซื้อสินค้าแล้วคลิกยกเลิกรายการนั้น ( ยังไม่ได้บอกว่าต้องส่งแบบฟอร์มการทักท้วงแนบไปด้วย )
