According to Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported that LTE 4 Japanese carriers plan to begin deployment of LTE,
in which NTT DoCoMo plans to invest in the LTE network 343 billion (3.5 billion U.S. dollars), KDDI and SoftBank
were plans to invest ¥ 512,000,000,000 (52 million) and ¥ 207,300,000,000 (2.1 billion U.S. dollars).
It was reported that four companies in 2014 in the former investment ¥ 1,000,000,000,000 for 3.9G services and
equipment. DoCoMo plans to deploy 20,000 LTE base stations, in business services to start in 2010, when,
LTE networks will cover 50% of populates Japan.
3.9G LTE networks can provide a minimum rate of 100Mbps downlink and 50Mbps uplink rates, response timeless
than 10 milliseconds. Is expected to DoCoMo, KDDI and Softbanks 30 percent of existing customers will switch to
the 3.9G service.
