Well, according to my experience, I think there must be some misunderstanding some where between you and your friend!!
As a friend, if you do not hear from her or she did not reply to your message,
you should write to check if she has received your message or if something is wrong with her.
As for the phone call, you may have to make sure that you call the right number or use the right number to call her.
If you called the right number for many times and she did not answer your calls,
she might want to end the friendship.
But if your call was only once, it could be that she did not even know that you called her.
You should make another call to find out and make it clear with her.
In my opinion, your friend cares for you or otherwise she would not have sent you even a "Hi!!" message.
Have you thanked her for the message she sent to you??
If I were you, as a gentleman, I would not leave the situation unclear or unexplained for 2 weeks!!
