วิธีแก้ Login eFin Smart Portal แล้วให้ใส่ Username,Passwordใหม่

ท่านที่มีปัญหาเข้าใช้งาน eFin Smart Portal แล้วระบบบังคับให้ใส่ Username และ Password อีกครั้ง

วิธีแก้ไข Windows XP  

 1. คลิก Start

 2. คลิก Control Panel

 3. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Internet Options

 4. คลิก Privacy

 5. เลื่อนตัวเลื่อนลงมาจนขึ้นข้อความว่า Accept All Cookies จากนั้นกด OK

เพิ่มเติมกรณี Window 7 และ Window Vista  

 1. คลิก Start

 2. คลิก Control Panel

 3. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Internet Options      

 4. คลิก Security

 5. เลือก Trusted Sites   จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Sites

 6. กดเครื่องหมายในช่อง Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone  ออก แล้วทำการ Add Websites

 ในช่อง Add this website to the zone ดังนี้  add www.efinancethai.com และ www.efinancethai.net

 7. จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Close

 8. กดปุ่ม OK

 9.   ทำการ Logout และ Log In เข้าระบบใหม่อีกครั้ง (ใช้ login เข้าหน้าbroker บัญชีคุณก่อน แล้วค่อยไปเปิดโปรแกรม eFinSmart Portal)
