    Guide:
    1. Create a new folder in your Program Files folder named TvNoo. The place
    TvNoo.exe and UpActiveX.exe in the same folder, and copy the TvNoo.exe to
    your desktop.

    2. Then you run UpActiveX.exe and wait till the download process is finished.
    The UpActiveX.exe file will download a file named KooPlayer.ocx. Without
    that file, you won't be able to start the program, cause it will pop errors by
    Windows.

    3. Run TvNoo.exe from the copyed file on your desktop, you can choose
    between the Norwegian channels, and the Chinese channels by using the
    drop down menu on the right side, above the channelnames.
