ทีนี้ลองมาฟังนักเตะพูดถึงเวงเกอร์กันบ้าง เริ่มด้วย เอียน ไรท์
The Gunners strike legend paid tribute to the Frenchman, who celebrates 10 years in charge of the club today, by insisting Wenger is totally irreplaceable.
Wenger, 56, has won just about everything the game can offer since arriving in the Premiership, including three league titles and four FA Cups.
And Arsenal idol Wright, who won the Double under Wenger in 1998, fears the club would fall apart without the Professor.
Wright said: Whenever a big job comes up, Arsenes name is always the first on the list.
I get a little bit frightened because he has achieved a lot at Arsenal and you wonder how long he will stay.
It would have been interesting if Arsenal had won the Champions League last year because he could have thought what next? and maybe moved on to pastures new.
But Im quite glad they didnt win the Champions League because I dont think its time for him to leave yet.
Once he says he wants to leave I dont think hes the type of person whose mind can be changed.
He wont be like Alex Ferguson, who said he was going to retire then changed his mind.
When Arsene says its his last season, then thats it.
So it was important we didnt win the Champions League. We could still do it in a few years time but, without Arsene Wenger, the club could be in trouble.
It would be very hard for anyone to fill his shoes. To keep the top players happy, to recruit the best players in the world and know when its time to let the great players go . . . Arsene can do all of that. He is irreplaceable.
It has been an extraordinary journey for Wenger, who was greeted with Arsene Who? headlines when he replaced Bruce Rioch a decade ago.
He was an unknown quantity to many fans having spent his career in France and Japan. But he quickly silenced his critics by winning the Double in his first full season, transforming Arsenal into one of the most exciting teams in Europe in the process.
Wright, who notched 185 goals for the Gunners, said: The only thing Arsene hasnt won is the Champions League and thats not through lack of trying.
Hes done everything and taken the club on to a whole new era, with the players hes brought in and the way he coaches.
When he turned up in 1996 we didnt know what to expect. His coaching methods were completely different to what wed ever experienced.
He talked to you, looked you in the eye and treated you like an adult which was new to me.
I remember his first game in charge at Blackburn.
Normally we would leave the hotel a couple of hours before kick off to go to the ground. But Arsene made us get up ridiculously early in the morning, half eight or something, to do a communal stretch.
I was thinking, what the hells going on here. It was completely new to me.
He would even take the stretches himself. It took a while to get used to it because it was a real left turn doing all this stretching and taking supplements.
But after two or three months it really kicked in and we all began feeling much stronger and fitter.
We could all tell it was benefiting us and the proof was how we won our last 12 games in the 1998 season on the way to the Double. We were just too strong for the opposition.
Wrighty added: Everything is done to the second with Arsene, hes like a robot. Hes so meticulous with everything, even down to the food and how much sugar we can have three days before a game.
He doesnt look like a manager. He looks like a professor, a very intelligent one at that.
Obviously he didnt play football to a high level but he knows his stuff.
He knows how to get the best out of people and he knows how to spot a player.
Hes extremely competitive and I think that has stayed with him. Even now, it would be easy for him to take his foot off the pedal because hes already won so much.
Everyones writing Arsenal off for the Championship but you can see that hes got big plans.
